We offer a variety of storage unit sizes. Depending on how many items you need to store and how big they are, our storage size guide or a manager can help you determine what size storage unit you need.
Access times vary by storage facility but we strive to offer convenient access to all of our customers. Please check with a manager for current access hours. Don’t forget your gate access code!
If you aren’t covered, we offer different storage protection plans through third-party partners. There is usually no deductible and we’re able to offer a wide range of coverage to suit your needs.
We offer month-to-month leases. You aren’t tied to any long term commitments or contracts.
Yes, if you have environmentally sensitive items to store away, we offer climate controlled storage units that will protect your items from extreme hot and cold temperatures. Please speak with a manager to determine if Climate Control fits your needs.
You have access to your storage unit anytime that you please using your gate code. We just ask that you’re mindful of who has access to your key and access code. We won’t provide someone access if they’re not listed on the rental agreement. In order to increase the security and safety of your belongings and the belongings of our other tenants, no one on our staff will keep a key.
Gate codes are unique to each customer and are assigned at check in. For assistance with your code please contact your store manager.
Payment FAQ
Pay online or stop by the storage facility to pay in-person.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, personal checks, cashier’s check, and money orders. If you don’t want to miss any payments, sign up for our auto payment program using your bank account or credit card. For the safety of our customers and employees, we discourage cash payments.
Once you rent a unit, you’ll pay the prorated portion of your rent for the remainder of the month, plus a one time administrative fee. If you happen to move in during the last 7 days of the month, you’ll also pay for the following month at that time.
No, but there is a one-time administrative fee.
If we don’t receive payment by the due date, access to the facility may be suspended and a late fee and overlock on the unit will be added to the unit at the end of the grace period. Further delinquency will result in a lien processing fee and the auction process as noted in the lease. We want to help our tenants avoid unnecessary fees and offer automatic withdrawal of payments so you never miss a due date!
